Australia-based Technology Company - Secured Financing and Guarantee Facility

Eagle Corporate Advisers served as general legal counsel to an Australia-based Technology Company ('Company') on an export financing and guarantee facility with the Export Finance and Insurance Company (EFIC).

The facility will enable the Company to accelerate product development, launch global expansion plans and strengthen and defend its portfolio.

Eagle Corporate Advisers advised on all aspects of the transaction including the drafting and negotiation of the facility documents and related security interests.
