CarbonView Software – Sale of Assets to Element6 Group, Inc.

Eagle Corporate Advisers advised Viewlocity Holdings Pty Limited ('Viewlocity') on the sale of its CarbonView software solutions business and related assets to Element6 Group, Inc.

CarbonView was originally developed by Viewlocity — a 12-year veteran in the supply chain software market. It was one of the first purpose-built carbon management solutions, achieving its first sale in 2007. It has strong brand recognition in Europe and Australia. Customers include Bosch and Siemens, Kimberly-Clark, Jaguar, Peabody Energy and Macquarie Group.

The transaction involved a sale of global assets by Viewlocity and certain affiliated entities in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
