Eagle Corporate Advisers served as legal counsel to Cynergy Health Pty Ltd ("Cynergy Health"), on the sale of its business to China-based Tianda Pharmaceuticals. Cynergy Health distributes its products through health food stores and pharmacies across Australia.

The transaction involved the sale of assets of Cynergy Health and related entities, and included the transfer of certain trade mark and other intellectual property rights as well as existing inventory and other tangible assets.
