Eagle Corporate Advisers served as legal counsel to an Australian Financial Services Company on the sale of its venture capital investment fund management business.

The transaction involved the sale of all of the shares on issue of the company and included matters concerning the Australian Financial Services Licence issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC").
